How do I get a key?
Choose a product under Products, buy via Discord and redeem the key under Redeem.
What is the difference between Menu and Generator?
PrimeGen is the FiveM cheat (Executor, Global Unban). The Generator creates VPN, Discord, FiveM-Ready and Steam accounts at the click of a button.
How long is my key valid?
Depending on plan: Day (1 day), Week (7 days), Month (30 days) or Lifetime (unlimited). Remaining time is shown in Dashboard.
What happens if I change my PC (HWID)?
Your key is bound to your hardware. If you change it, open a ticket on Discord or have an admin reset your HWID.
How do I generate accounts?
Redeem your Generator key, open the loader, choose a type, press Generate — account is copied to clipboard (30 per day, 45 for resellers).

1. Account Terms & Eligibility
By registering or using PrimeGen services, you represent and warrant that you are of legal age to form a binding contract. Each person is entitled to strictly one account. Account sharing, account selling, transferring, or distributing credentials or software access to third parties is strictly prohibited and results in an immediate and permanent ban without notice.
2. Payment, Refunds & Chargeback Policy
All sales and transactions are final due to the digital and consumable nature of software licenses and virtual keys. We do not provide refunds under any circumstance once a license key is redeemed or software has been accessed. Chargebacks, payment disputes, or fraudulent reversals of any kind will result in an immediate and permanent blacklist across our services.
3. Hardware ID (HWID) & Licensing Policy
Every license key is strictly bound to your individual hardware ID (HWID) upon first launch or activation. HWID resets are strictly regulated and limited to a maximum of once every 30 days to prevent unauthorized license sharing. Reset requests may be subject to review or automated cooldowns.
4. Prohibited Conduct & Fair Use
Users must not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, crack, leak, or modify any binary, executable, API endpoint, or authentication payload provided by PrimeGen. Any form of abuse, harassment of community staff or members, toxicity, or unauthorized reselling will lead to immediate license revocation and termination without refund.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability
Our software and services are provided strictly on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. PrimeGen does not warrant that our software will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fully undetectable at all times. Use of third-party modifications is at your own sole risk. Under no circumstances shall PrimeGen, its developers, or affiliates be liable for any game bans, account suspensions, system damages, or lost data resulting from use of the software.
6. Modifications to the Service and Terms
PrimeGen reserves the right to modify, suspend, update, or discontinue any feature, product, or these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of our website or software after modifications constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms of Service.

- Account Information: Your registered username, securely hashed password, and optional email address.
- Authentication & Hardware Data: Hardware identification tokens (HWID) generated to bind and protect your license from unauthorized sharing.
- Connection & Security Logs: IP address, browser/operating system user-agent, and Discord profile identifiers (ID, username, avatar) when using Discord integration.
2. How We Use Your Data
Collected data is processed exclusively for verifying subscriptions, preventing duplicate accounts or fraudulent chargebacks, maintaining account security (including 2FA authentication and session tracking), and delivering customer support.
3. Data Sharing & Third-Party Disclosure
We never sell, rent, monetize, or trade your personal data to any third party or marketing agency. Your data is solely accessed by automated backend systems for the purpose of service delivery and fraud prevention.
4. Data Security & Storage
We implement industry-standard cryptographic practices, including secure password hashing and encrypted tokens, and secure TLS transmission to safeguard all stored records against unauthorized access, loss, or alteration.
5. Data Retention & Deletion Rights
You may request the deletion of your account and associated personal data at any time by contacting us through our official Discord server (discord.gg/primegen). Data related to active blacklists or anti-fraud protection may be retained to safeguard system integrity.
